Request and confirmation

The form on this site records a request, not a booking. The stay is only held once we have confirmed it in writing: until that confirmation is sent, the dates remain available to other travellers.

The amount shown by the calendar when you send your request is an estimate based on the rates in force that day. That is the amount offered to you at confirmation.

Payment

Arrival and departure

The minimum number of nights and the capacity of the property are those shown on the home page at the time of booking. The property cannot take more guests than its stated capacity, children included.

Cleaning and condition

A cleaning fee, shown in the quote, is added to the stay. The property is to be left tidy and in good order; furniture and equipment stay where they are.

Cancellation
