Who handles your data

The data you entrust to us is handled by the managers of Gîte du Beaulieu, at the address given in the footer. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

What we collect, and why

Only one thing on this site collects data: the booking request form. It records your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, the number of guests, the dates you would like to stay, and the message you write.

That information is used solely to answer your request and to arrange your stay. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

The site carries no analytics, no advertising trackers and no profiling.

How long we keep it

[To be completed: chosen retention period — for example three years after the last contact for requests that came to nothing, and the statutory accounting retention period for stays that took place]

Who has access

The managers of the property. For technical reasons, the site's host and the service that delivers confirmation emails also do. Neither uses your data on its own account.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise it, write to us at the address given in the footer.

If, having contacted us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr.

This site remembers three small things while you visit: your booking request, its security, and the language you chose. Nothing else — no advertising, no tracking of your browsing.
